Unhappy customer.
Never again.
First off they had the wrong room type. I had requested a two bed room and they had me listed for a king size bed. When they corrected the issue they gave me smoking room when I had asked for a non smoking room. Also the bathroom light is connected to the fan which is super noisy. The staff didn't do anything to fix the errors they made. And all they had was a continental breakfast. This is definitely not a 3star hotel; far from it.

Needs Improvement
I could hear everything going on, both outside and in the hallway, like it was actually happening in my room. Doors were constantly slamming down the hall and out in the parking lot. Not a comfortable night's sleep at this one. I would suggest their other property down the street.

Great price for a great night
I stayed here when I had to serve jury duty and had a great stay. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice pool, and a big free breakfast selection. This was much better than many other hotels I've stayed at in Las Cruces.

Fine hotel
This was just a stop on our way through town. Right off the interstate, but only a slight confusion as there is another La Quinta literally across the street. Price was fine and the room was clean and fairly large.

Easy stopover
Lots of people in lobby, kids in some kind of sports group or tour group. Despite that, room was quiet. Breakfast was fine (choices a bit limited). Worst part was the bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable, but location was easy to find, everything was smooth, easy to get back on highway next morning and keep on keepin' on.

Nothing special
Because there are doors in-between rooms (and the walls seem thin too), it isn't a very quiet hotel. I did not have a waste basket. I was on the ground floor with a window facing a parking lot and restaurant, so I didn't want to open the drapes for privacy's sake, but that meant no natural light. It would be better to have a sheer behind the drape. On the other hand, breakfast was of a higher quality than a lot of hotels in this price range. Free high speed internet a plus

Room was very clean and bed was comfortable with sheets nicely tucked in and plush pillows. However, room was stuffy even though window could be opened. Also, there was no computer/office access which I was counting on because I didn't bring my personal computer with me and needed to access the internet. I had to go to Kinko's and pay for computer/internet use. Also, continental breakfast was basic. A hot breakfast would be nice.

Short drive from hotel
Go to Mesilla; it is a small, historic town just minutes from Las Cruces. You can walk around and it feels like you are in Mexico. The shops are unique (I bought chile seasoned pistachios and a hand made purse made out of linen material with horses printed on it). The restaurants are terrific as well. I had a prickly pear flavored marguerita! The experience was very relaxing.

The location close to I-10 and Appleby's nearby too. the building is quite old but well maintained nonetheless.

An OK hotel, not bad, but not anything exceptionally good either, Room, breakfast(no fresh fruit), staff, cleanliness only OK. After severa otherl Three Star hotels with a higher review rating this was a bit of a disappointment.
