meeting in Grants
I was in Grants for a meeting and found the Motel 6 to be clean and convenient. It was a bargain compared to most of the hotels in the area and I had a pleasant stay.

dirty
the carpeting was absolutely filthy, and we had no hot water for showers in the morning. Avoid at all costs !!!!!!!!!

Desire Better
Terrible / Horrible (Surprise)
1--Booked reservation for (2) people. My friend from Gallup was meeting me @ Motel 6 & was due to be Grants early an hour before me. Called Motel 6 to let them know that my friend is coming in early & let him into the room. Motel 6 said room has to be paid for before anyone could be let in. So, I asked them to take my Mastercard # and run charges. This can't be done--I have to be there to run the credit card. 2--Key didn't work, so took card key to office for re-scan. I was asked for my ID--this was in my room. So I just left the keys cuz it was not working. Not good customer service. Good customer service--Motel attendant would make extra effort re-scan key & deliver to room where I have my ID. 3--Faucet in sink--water was splashing oll over the place & was making loud noise. 4--Room was for 2 days stay. Left Saturday & returned for 2nd overnight stay. Found room not cleaned, we requested clean towels. We were told to get towels from front office & we did just that. Again--not good customer service. Good customer service--towels would have been delivered to our room. 4--Sunday, as we were checking out. I asked to speak to manager was not very happy about this. Manager said all Motel 6 now do not clean room for extra stay unless requested for room cleaned while out. I advised her that we were not informed of this & there should be a sign up in front office to let customers know or hand out in writing for people with extra day stay about the new procedure with Motel 6. I've stayed @ other Motels & have never experience this before.

You dont get what you pay for
Plumbing was bad, paper thin walls could hear everything even the people upstairs getting it on. Not very comfortable and the television didn't work well.

Great family trip
Our trip was to visit family and we had a wonderful time. Motel 6 was a great place to stay the staff was very friendly. On our next trip will be staying at Motel 6 again. Thank you Motel 6 and staff for making our trip so nice.

My review of Motel 6 Grants
THE ROOM WAS EXTREMELY SMALL AND THE CARPET WAS DAMP DUE TO RECENT RAIN BEFORE ARRIVAL AND IT SMELLED DAMP ALSO. I HAVE STAYED AT OTHER MOTEL 6 IN THE PAST AND I WAS HAPPY WITH THE ROOM. BUT THIS WAS JUST SO SMALL!
