I found the staff very friendly and helpful. When ask for a nice dinning location the front desk staff referred me to a nice local location that was near the hotel. The hotel was clean the ac worked great. great value for the price. the breakfast continental as it was -- well left me wanting more and there was NO sitting I ended up eating on a bench outside-I think most folks took food back to their room. would stay here again!

there is not much in way of restaurants near this hotel-- definitely recommend you pick up your meal prior to pulling in!

Easy highway access
COnsidering cost, hotel was average. Strong points are room cleanliness, internet service and continental breakfast. Only backdrop, was our room was at the rear. I felt a little un-safe. Next time, I will ask for a non-smoking towards front. Experience was good for price and amenities.

They spent good money
They refurbished the inside and out. This now a quality place to stay. If you are coming in from abq this is near the first gallup exit. It is close enough to see everthing gallup has to offer. It is also close i-40 to continue your trip to your final destination.

Westward Sojourners
Very Adequate Accommodation
Good room for the price. Very convenient to I-40 exit. Not as noisy as other Gallup motels (further from railroad tracks).

Welcome rest on a long trip
From Phoenix to Gallup, with a side trip to the old Trader's post at Hubbell in Ganato, we were worn out at the end of the day. Other than a few noisy bikers in the parking lot, we had a quiet evening, comfortable and refreshing. A welcome discount on our dinner was also used. All in all, we awaoke the nextmorning refreshed and ready for a full day of treasure hunting.

Just a bit below average
The room was clean. Breakfast was disappointing, very few choices, only two tables in the area. Coffee wasn't much more than colored water.

Pleasantly Surprised!
We were all surprised at the cleanliness and the comfort of the rooms (4 friends 2 rooms). The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were very clean. While the train tracks aren't far away the sound of a train passing was discernible but did not disrupt our sleep. The only downside was that the walls between rooms are thin and so in the morning when the room next door took a shower the running water could be heard in our room quite clearly. As one other reviewer noted the breakfast is more like a breakfast 'snack'. We didn't eat here. We plan to stay here on future trips and would recommend to friends.

nice value. got two queen beds for the same price as one. room was clean but building is old and the upstairs floor creeked badly when someone walked around.

Clean and affordable
Clean room, good price. Located just off of the interstate. Not within walking distance of any restaurants, but overall a quality room at a good price
