Sorry, they were not prepared!

We had a football tournament, they were not prepared! No hot water! Not enough food for the free breakfast! I asked for a non-smoking room and got smoking...for the amount I had to pay, I was very diasappointed! And traveling with children, the most important thing was pool was broke!

Terrible, overpriced....

On business requiring odd hours for over a week. First impression of the hotel? Nice exterior but very poor interior. The room was dirty - thin layer of dirt/grime on everything from the phone to the door handles, etc. Interior appeared very cheap - tables wobbled, handles crooked, mold in bathroom, torn carpet, etc, etc. Worst part? the 1.5-2" gap (not an exaggeration) under the door (outside opening) through which a constant and significant draft poured cold air causing the very loud heating unit to run continually. Wallpaper was peeling, ceiling was dirty... oh, and the sauna had burn marks around the door and was out of order as was the hot tub... Basically this hotel would serve a basic/budget traveler stranded overnight in Gallup - but for $90/night? not worth half that. I've stayed in hotels across America and payed significantly less for some truly nice places. Stay away from this one, and go next door to the Ramada (which I didn't observe first hand, but locals agreed was the nicest/most convenient hotel in the area)

Dining tip: Short walk from hotel

There is an Applebees on one side and a Cracker Barrell on the other. Both are ok for a quick bite.
