2011 Bike Rally Trip

This is the second time we've stayed at La Quinta! Needless to say we love this hotel. It is very clean and comfy and the staff are always ready to help. The continental breakfast is simple yet satisfying. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. We'll be staying there again next year!

Definitely a Good deal...

We had a 1 night lay-over, so we weren't in need of anything fancy. The room was very clean. The bathroom was sort of out dated, with leaky faucets and a bathtub drain that didn't seal off very good. The air conditioner was a little out of whack too. Other than those two things, the room was definitely worth the money. The staff was also very friendly. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

AVOID THIS PLACE

Made reservations directly with hotel Non-smoking room. Was given a smoking room and it was disgusting. I have a medical condition and the clerk could not care less. Was told they were very busy and had no other room. Very poor business practices. Also, there is a restaurant next door. The employees and their friends party outside the kitchen door until the late hours. The noise was unacceptable. The room in poor condition. Stay at the Marriott Courtyard next trip. At least they care about customers.

Unfortunate

The beds were very comfortable and my family enjoyed lounging and watching a movie, but earlier in the evening the toilet was running and wouldn't stop. I opened up the back of the toilet to see if there was a chain that I could fix or something. What I did find was a large, rotting sausage(summer perhaps?)with a condom on it. It was truly disgusting. We called the front desk to come and see it for themselves, which they did, but when they called the maintenance man, he said that he was too far away and couldn't do anything about it. The girl from the front desk said that they would have to fix it the next day, which did us no good, as we were leaving early in the morning. We had to dig the thing out ourselves with a hotel towel and put it in a garbage can outside the door. If customer service had been of any priority to this company they would have done far more to rectify the situation. If it had not been for that it would have been a decent enough stay.

Dirty Room

This room really needed some top to bottom cleaning. Very dusty. Not been vacuumed and hair all over the bathroom floor. The only thing that was done was clean sheets on the bed, which was a good thing. Outside pool was very dirty. Lobby was the cleanest place. After our stay I don't for see us come back
