We started at holiday inn in general it was good we loved the bees and the choices for breakfast what we didn't like was that the items were hard as a rock and the"heated pool" was freezing

Good times
We were quite pleased with the hotel. The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful and the contental breakfast was great, more like hot breakfast. The pool was quite small and the hotel a little difficult to get to but with GPS was no problem at all. As a family of five it was nice to have a room that we all didn't need to squish into.

Nice hotel, great staff
Greeted by very pleasant front desk employee,(native American, Navajo). Young lady very professional. Checkout quick and simple. Excellent reccomendation for place to have dinner.

Could have been better
This hotel was okay, but it was quite frustrating at the pool because there were never any towels. The sign in our room said to ask at the front desk if there were none available poolside. Even though we asked on repeated occasions we were always told they were in the wash. That happened with our room towels also. We did not want the maid in there while we were getting dressed and she never even returned to empty the trash. The picture of the pool on the website made it look very large, but in reality it was just a rather small one. This was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Also,whenever we passed the maids in the hallway, they never smiled or even acknowledged a "good morning". Same with the staff at the breakfast. The breakfast was very good. The hotel was so-so, but I could have gone much cheaper at a comparable hotel or just a little more for a great hotel. Live and learn...
