Room had no amenities what so ever, not even a box of tissue. The safety chain on the door was damaged as if someone had tried to kick in the door and there was some thing splattered on the floor in front of the door. This was a NON smoking room but there was strange odderes coming in from outside the room that may have been cigarette smoke. And the place was VERY noisy; people yelling in the halls all the time! I'll NEVER book this place again!!!

Horrible service!
Budget hotel, clean, stay there for location convenience. I was there for business, just needed a clean place to sleep. I stayed there one night a week for 2 consecutive weeks. I booked 0nline and received an online discount from their standard rates. When I checked in the first time I told the gentleman that I had a reservation, which he pulled up on the computer. After I checked out and got home, I realized that I did not get the discounted online pricing. The next week I went back for a one night stay and told the gentleman (a different person that the prior week) that I was overcharged the previous week. He said he would check with the manager for a credit. When he processed my feceipt for the current stay, again there was an overcharge! He told me to sign the receipt and he would get a credit approved by the manager, which I would get when I checked out. Well,the next morning there was a different gentleman at the desk, who not only knew nothing about the overcharge, but gave me a hard time, asking why I signed the receipt! He did give me the credit, but NEVER apologized for the inconvenience. I will NOT stay there again!

Good value for the price paid
We decided to stay at this motel because it was close to the Santuario of Chimayo. The bedroom was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the AC worked just great. A good deal if you don't want to overspend on a weekend trip.
