Executive Suites and Hotel is beautifully decorated in southwestern decor and boasts the largest rooms in Carlsbad. We are located in downtown Carlsbad. For your enjoyment, we proudly offer our guests an outdoor pool, fitness center, with two golf courses and tennis within 5 miles of the hotel. Families will also enjoy our kiddie playground and coin-op laundry. Free high speed wireless internet. Our Executive suites have a luxurious whirlpool tub. Free Continental breakfast with stay. We also offer our guests free Truck & RV parking, same day Valet Service Mon-Fri, as well as complimentary Airport Transportation and free local telephone calls. Pet deposit is a $25.00 non-refundable charge per stay. The Executive Suites & Hotel has a Banquet/Conference hall that can seat up to 200 people. Strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

I recommend staying somewhere else. Litter and broken glass were on the walkways. The breakfast area was not clean. There is NO working wifi as advertised. (The manager did not understand how to make it work). The air conditioner did not work. This place really needs some attention.

My experience at this hotel didnt last long. I'm not sure if they were in a transition period or what, but right when I arrived, the lobby was a mess, along with the overall organization of the owners. When we got to our room, the refrigerator was leaking next to the microwave and tv. The toilet handle was broken so they tied a plastic bag to the inside mechanism to flush. The walls were dirty/stained. Some of the lights were out. It was overall just a dirty hotel. Get what you pay for? I think I paid a little more than what I got.

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR

THE LADY CHECKING ME IN DIDNT SPEAK ENGLISH VERY GOOD. SO THERE WAS COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS. THEN DURING THE NIGHT I HAD WORK TO DO AND THE WI-FI KEPT KICKING ME OFF. WORK i HAD TO DO SHOULD HAVE TAKEN 10M MINUTES BUT I KEPT FIGHTING WITH IFTFOR OVER 2 HOURS. FINALLY GAVE UP, RETRIED IN THE MORNING THEN IT SEEMED TO WORK BETTER. BUT IF YOU ARE LAYING OVER FOR BUSINESS AND THE WIFI IS NOT DEPENDABLE THEN THIS IS A BAD PLACE TO STAY. WHERE DOES CONTINENTIAL BREAKFAST COME FROM. THERE SHOULD BE SET STANDARDS WHEN THEY ADVERTISE THEIR BREAKFAST. ALL THERE WAS IS COFFEE AND COLD CEREAL. I LEFT AND WENT TO IHOP. FOR SECURTY THE DOORS INSIDE LOCK WAS BROKEN SO I DIDNOT FILL SECURE SINCE I HAD NO WAY OF LOCKING DOOR FROM INSIDE. I WILL PROBABLY NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.
