Nice hiking trails at the base of the mountains about 2 miles East of the hotel.

good location
Good location, close to Interstate & Twin Warriors golf course. The gentleman that cleaned my room did a wonderful job each day. The lady in the dining room was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was a "smokey smell" in my non-smoking room on 3rd floor. I called the front desk on arrival-was told someone would come up to check it out, but no one came.

Weekend getaway
We were checked in by a charming, friendly hotel emp. We were asked to sign a stmt saying we wouldn't smoke nor have pets in the room, but the room smelled like smoke when we opened the door. We did advz the front desk. They offered to move us but we declined. We didn't want our sheets changed the nxt day - but we did need some clean towels/wash cloths - we had to find housekeeping and ask for some AFTER they had been to the room. All they really did that morning was make the bed. No trash emptied etc. The breakfast offered was surprisingly good. But - their literature stated they had scrambled eggs AND omelets, no omelets in sight either morning. They did have a nice variety and as stated it was good, but our 2nd morning, the hot items-- weren't. Overall a pretty nice stay.
