Family Getaway!
The staff was amazing! However the room was dirty the carpet was less than desirable. It was centrally located which was helpful! All in all it was a place to rest our heads. We were there for the Balloon Fiesta so we were hardly there. And had I just called the hotel it would have been cheaper then going through Orbitz. Like $30 cheaper.

DissapointedAgain
This is No Ramada!!
Hoping for a good night sleep after long day's drive, got none! Rowdy Mexicans in next room, had no respect for guests trying to get sleep at 1am, maybe they weren't hotel guests but hotel residents?? No amenities in room except for one of the smallest bar of soap I have ever seen, more fit for an infant. TV had very few channels, couldn't even get the major league baseball championship playoffs. We were in Albuquerque for Balloon Fiesta, so don't spoil it by staying at this dump!!!

At least it was cheap
Hotel needs some sprucing up. Carpet was well worn, lighting was poor, towels were unsoft. Air conditioner was noisy and was not very effective at cooling.

Horrble!
Growing up we always stayed in Ramada Inns and they were great...this was horrible! They boasted a great outdoor pool, free wifi, free continental breakfast. The hot tub was as I was told closed for a few months now. The pool itself was full of debris, but the water was warm. The internet did not work and when I asked about it 4 times they said I was doing something wrong b/c nobody else was having issues so I brought them my laptop...clicked the connect button and showed them the error message (wireless router not responding to connection request) I later found out lots of people were complaining about that. The room itself was a mix. The beds were comfy but the linens were not. The floors were disgustingly stained and worn. If you didn't keep the window open for a few hours every day it stunk in the room. The staff was all but helpful and courteous. When the front desk was called multiple times they replied they had a huge line and would get to me as soon as they could...I finaly just went down there and there wasn't even anyone else in the lobby. Also the door to my room did not close properly so I would have to slam it to shut it. Overall a terrible stay! Stay across the street for less!

Don't Stay here!
I normally have great accomodations at Ramada, but this facility was a dump! The room was filthy! There was hair all over the bathroom counter, tub, and floor. The counters had not been dusted in weeks and the clock and phone did not work. I requested a wake up call as the alarm was not working and I did not get the wake up call also. I tried to check out at 6:00 am, but the front desk staff was asleep in the lobby and would not come to the door. If this room was free and the last place to sleep in the country it still would not be worth it!
