Hotel is less than 5 minutes from the airport and has a restaurant on 2 sides of it. A convenience store is located a short drive down the street. The rooms have always been clean and the staff is friendly. I have never had a bad experience at this location.

The hotel was in the right location for the event I attended at the PIT. The hotel was a little less that I had expected, but was adequate for my short stay

Great room with good amenities
This is a standard hotel with better than standard rooms. Rooms come with microwaves and mini-fridges, which is great if you're there for more than one night. Ramada took over from Comfort Inn, and some of the rooms could use refreshing - carpet was old and stained. But the room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was great and accommodating (let me check in 3 hours early!# and the breakfast buffet was varied, fresh and plentiful. Good chain restaurants next door #2- Waffle House and Village Inn) and others within two blocks. Has free airport transportation if needed. Also close to the VA Hospital and a major local hospital center.

Older building
The building is older and had some peeling paint, but the room was clean, large and quiet and comfortable. If you're returning a rental car, the hotel is one block from the "RETURN RENTAL CARS" turnoff to the airport and really convenient for a morning departure. It is also just minutes from Yanni's Restaurant on Central which was voted #1 in 2012 and other years. Hey for $40 a night, I'd stay here again...and again...and again.

OK but not great
room was clean but hotel is not very well managed. Staff seems to be uninterested. Airport shuttle was unreliable and staff was not interested.

Conference Trip
I have stayed at this hotel many times and only seem to have problems when given a ground floor. I was charged $10 extra a night for a room with a mini frig and microwave. The room was not very clean and the plumbing gave us probelms. The staff was quick to come and work on the issues, but will not stay on the ground floor again.

Perfect hotel for an early flight out of NM
Free shuttle van was ideal in getting me to and from the airport. Staff was courteous and helpful. First room assigned door would not open,they put me in another room no trouble. Hotel next door to two restaurants, quick food. Plenty of parking. Good value for money. Will stay there again.
