Renovated midtown hotel makes a big splash in Albuquerque

Park Inn By Radisson Hotel & Water Park features 290 spacious rooms and suites and a $20 million indoor water park. Weekend getaway

Very long line at check in and our room was not ready at check in time, had to wait 35 minutes for the room. Rooms are old and bathrooms are very worn in... But new sleep number beds which were nice.

Park Inn

This was one of the nicer hotels in Albuquerque when it was built with a water park and interior courtyard but it is showing its age a bit. One interesting feature was the nightclub Drop, located within the hotel, a nod to the Vegas nightlife scene Albuquerque style. It is located 10 minutes from downtown, adjacent to the interstate. My bed was an older sleep number bed.

Bad!

The location is ok, but the newly remodeled rooms were needing things fixed. The sleepnumber bed was set to extra firm, and the remote didn't work. The shower curtain was about to fall off, plus I found a dirty pair of panties behind the dresser.

almost no family vacation

had made reservations for a room one week before lady told me OK we will have your room ready by 11 am that day...we drove over 6 hours just to find out that we didnt have a room ready this was at 11am...guy tells me he would TRY TO HAVE A ROOM READY BY 3PM AND THAT IT WAS NOT FOR SURE...let me just say the front desk didnt know left from right the hole experience was awful..they didnt even try to help us... sleep number bed ?? what a joke would never come back even if it was free ...couldnt turn ac off control panel didnt work ..very very bad place to ever come too...

okay...just okay

The room was a good size and had a couch and a balcony, but we could not turn the air conditioning off. The control board didn't work. Also the walls were thin and we could hear everything!. The bed was almost rock solid and the TV was not even a flat screen. When we asked about late checkout they told us we would have to wait until the morning to know if we could check out late, which didn't make sense to me. The waterpark would have been great if tickets were not 40.a person!!!
