Colorful native American decor w/interesting art

Comfortable and about right for the price-- not premium. The location worked well for us for getting on a off the highway, but it is not close to much for walking purposes. The staff was helpful, but the systems were not all that well coordinated with booking companies. The pool was enjoyable, but small.

Mixed review and disappointed

We stayed here 3 years ago and had a pleasant experience. Not this time, but the staff did what was necessary to fix the problems. #1 my husband snagged and ripped his pants (new ones) on the upholstered chair that had staples all along the armchair part. The desk clerk exchanged the chair for another but didn't compensate us for the torn pants. #2 while drying my hair, the hairdryer made a crackling sound, then a burning odor eminated from it when I disconnected it, pieces of metal rattled around the inside of it. The desk clerk gave us a new hair dryer. #3 We had to call the desk clerk at 1am to say that our next door neighbor was playing the TV too loud (I sleep with a CPAP machine and I could hear the TV in spite of the noise my machine makes). I called the desk clerk and she sent up security who knocked on their door to tell them a guest complained. The tv was lowered and we got back to sleep. #4 we wanted to do a laundry but the comptroller stepped out and we couldn't get additional quarters for the machines (7 are needed for washer and dryer each). Eventually the desk clerk had to ask employees for change as the comptroller never returned within the hour we waited. Our problems were handled but we shouldn't have had so many.
