Great getaway
it was a great stay at the Hyatt..the staff was excellent and very helpful. I would recommend staying there. and i would definetly stay there again.

FRIENDS FUNERAL
IST ROOM ASSIGNED # 321, ELECTRONC KEY WOULD NOT OPEN DOOR. STAFF MEMBER OPEN DOOR AND I UNPACK, WENT OUT. UPON RETURN NEW KEY WOULD NOT UNLOCK DOOR, STAFF OPENED DOOR. LOCK NOT WORKING. 2ND ROOM ASSIGNED #318, UNLOCK TO FIND FAMILY ALREADY ASSIGNED INSIDE. 3RD ROOM ASSIGNED #312, GOOD ROOM HAD TO TRANSFER MY BELONGINGS. GOOD STAY OVERALL.

Great Airport location
This hotel was much better than I anticipated. The check-in kiosk at the front door made check-in quick and efficient. The breakfast began early (530) and had a very nice selection of food with decent coffee. It was maybe 2 minutes to the rental car return (no interstate travel needed) and gave me peace of mind to know that I could sleep as late as possible being so close to the airport. Clean rooms, larger than expected, nice soaps, good blinds. For an airport hotel, you can not do better for the price than this Hyatt.

Friendly Staff, Convenient Location
after figuring out how to get into the hotel (the entrance is a bit awkward) we found a friendly staff who were always welcoming and helpful. Nice breakfast selection and a really comfortable and clean room.

Short drive from hotel
go into the Sunport (the ABQ airport) and visit the Los Cuates restaurant there - it's the same food as the location on Lomas (but a much nicer environment and 2 minutes from the hotel). Also, they'll validate your parking - so it will be free!

Nice and cheap getaway
I came to this hotel for a getaway and a wedding, very nice and comfortable, I hate I really didn't get to enjoy self in the hotel but other wise it was nice

Short Stay
Although I arrived late Friday evening, left early Sunday morning, and spent most of Saturday in Santa Fe, the time that I spent in the hotel was very high quality. Room and amenities were very nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

If you get a chance to drive up to Santa Fe, stop at Harry's Roadhouse for some good, reasonably priced chow.
