The best three star hotel we've ever stayed at.
This was the best three star hotel we've ever stayed at. Every staff member we ran into were very pleasant and there to help. They served a full hot breakfast which would meet anyone's desire. The rooms were clean and the beds were some of the most comfortable we've ever experienced. This was a top-notch hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Their location gave you an easy access to I-25. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Albuquerque. Again i would like to thank the staff of the hotel for a wonderful three days. Keep up the excellent job you are doing.

Horrible
Arrived at midnight due to flight delays to discover that they had given my room away and I had to move to a different hotel of THEIR choosing. Never again.

Worst Ever
You can not run a tab in the bar, if you can call it a bar. The beer and food selection is terrible. You have to use a kiosk to order breakfast. There is no room to move in the breakfast area. You can't take you beer to the room. You must drink in the lobby only. This hotel is frustrating to stay at and is one big inconvenience. I will never waste my money here again!

HOTEL STAY
Our stay at the Hyatt was so bad that we left a day early. No one came in to clean the room or make the bed, Late in the afternoon I had to call the front desk and ask for this service. When the maid did arrive to clean the room she was rude and unfriendly. Upon returning the room key at the front desk to check out, the hotel clerk had a non caring attitude,I will never stay at this hotel again.

One elevator did not work, hair in bathtub and on bathroom floor, AC in my room was very loud even when not on. Seemed like everything was built very cheaply - and not very safe. I had expected better with a hotel name like this.

no vending machines on any floor. All ice and beverages had to be purchased at front desk. no room service. had to order food over the phone,then go to the front desk to pick it up,on dishes. they had no trays.

Not bad
The room was clean and comfortable. However, breakfast was poor. Fruits were not so fresh and tasted bad. Bagels and breads were OK, but not so impressed. The location was close to the airport, but it was a little difficult to figure out how we could go to the hotel since high way was close to the hotel and no information was available from the main street.

Chic and modern
The staff was very accommodating. The hotel was chic and modern. Very young feel. Breakfast was great compared to other hotels. The restroom was ok but can still be improved and cleaned better.

ABQ by the airport
Great staff. Easy location if you have a car. Wonderful room. They do not have a traditional diningroom. They have a breakfast room and there options for ordering a full breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and opted to return on our way back through. Girls loved the pool.
