The best three star hotel we've ever stayed at.
This was the best three star hotel we've ever stayed at. Every staff member we ran into were very pleasant and there to help. They served a full hot breakfast which would meet anyone's desire. The rooms were clean and the beds were some of the most comfortable we've ever experienced. This was a top-notch hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Their location gave you an easy access to I-25. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Albuquerque. Again i would like to thank the staff of the hotel for a wonderful three days. Keep up the excellent job you are doing.

Awesome Getaway
Went for a weekend getaway. Friendly staff and we would book the same hotel if we return to Alburquerque. Great location from Downtown and Hard Rock Casino.

Short Stay
Although I arrived late Friday evening, left early Sunday morning, and spent most of Saturday in Santa Fe, the time that I spent in the hotel was very high quality. Room and amenities were very nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Superior for an airport hotel
After many delays and difficulties caused by Hurricane Irene, I booked this hotel at the very last minute! I came in late and frazzled and was met by highly competent and pleasant hotel staff. The room was spacious and clean and my early morning check out was handled with ease. Breakfast was provided and staff never appeared distracted or unhappy to be working an overnight shift. All right by me!

Amazing! I want to move in
I was there on business and got the room because of its proximity to the airport. I expected a decent room. Instead, I got a fabulous suite. Perfect for business because it had a small kitchen area, desk with free Internet, sectional couch with large coffee table for working/relaxing, comfy beds, and a smallish but very adequate bathroom. The facility had a microwave downstairs and was getting ready to put out what looked like a really swell breakfast when I left at 4:30am. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who's looking for a really comfortable, roomy, well-appointed place to stay for a reasonable cost.

Great Hotel and location was great!
I visited family and friends, the location made my trip easy to see all my family and friends, not to mention how easy it was to return to the airport for departure. There was nothing missing in my enjoyable travel. As compared to previous trips, I returned home rested and able to get on with my life in an enjoyable manner. Thank you.

There is a wonderful cafe across the street from this Hyatt Hotel, this cafe has the best Mexican food for a great price and you may take it back to your hotel.

Worst Ever
You can not run a tab in the bar, if you can call it a bar. The beer and food selection is terrible. You have to use a kiosk to order breakfast. There is no room to move in the breakfast area. You can't take you beer to the room. You must drink in the lobby only. This hotel is frustrating to stay at and is one big inconvenience. I will never waste my money here again!

Great stay, love this hotel!
We stayed at this hotel for a family weekend away and we all loved it there. When we checked in they got to us very quickly and were very nice. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable.They have a nice selection for breakfast and it was a great way to start our day. When we needed directions and help selecting where to spend our time they went out of their way to print directions and look up specials at places we thought sounded interesting. And when we checked out we had a bit of car trouble on one of our vehicles and they were kind enough to lend us their maintenance man to help us and we were out of there in no time. I love this hotel, my family will be back there for every visit to Albuqueque. Highly recommended.
