NICE HOTEL but very busy

We were there to rest for the night as we had to get up EARLY the next a.m. to be at a nearby event. We ordered room ... service, which was fair. I wouldn't order again from that restaurant. My children love to swim however, the pool was so crowded my 12 year old chose not to swim and my 5 year old did for a short time because the older kids in there were playing football and nearly knocking him to the side every throw. It was more stressful than fun. The hotel just happened to have MANY groups of older children and groups of adults that were extremely loud until about 2 -3 a.m. Making for a loud and unrestful night. It is not fair to the hotel to give such a poor review. It is not their fault that it was so crowded. The hotel was nice and new. It did offer a restaurant, bar, pool, and fitness center. May try again. Would be nice if not so busy.

Daughter loved the spiral slide at the pool. Overall the hotel was nice, very comfy beds, close to restaurants, Balloon ... Fiesta, easy access to Interstate 25; however the food was terrible (breakfast and dinner).

NICE HOTEL but very busy

Odd entrance to hotel, if I was not familiar with Albuquerque, it would have been difficult to find. Limited parking ... facilities, and a bus and a truck with trailer took up much of the parking in front of the hotel...very poor planning. Housekeeping left the door to our room ajar, anyone could have walked in to our room simply by pushing in the door...very poor security. The front desk, never asked about our stay...the ladies were too busy talking to each other, they just took our keys when we left, and said "you're good to go" so we left. Very poor feedback attempt. However, the room was nice, clean, BUT the thermostat in the room was dysfunctional, no USA Today was delivered to our room, though they were available in the lobby. No morning coffee service for guests...we had to go to Starbucks at 6:00 a.m. to get coffee. The in-room coffee was dreadful. I did not expect breakfast, but a cup of coffee in the a.m. is a nice touch in a hotel with a 4 Star rating.

We did not have an easy time finding it because we arrived late at night and did not use the freeway exit. The entrance to ... the hotel is disappointing - the approach to the front is masked by a trucking company or something. Anyway, if I hadn't already made the reservation, I would have changed the hotel. The ammenities were not that great either.

It was very nice and classy inside. The pool area especially the slide my kids enjoyed very much. My husband thought the beds ... were very comfortable. The location was very easy to find and all the places we were going to were close by and easy to get to.

Hotel Inn and Suites was a very nice place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable, not to mention that as soon as I ... walked in the staff was very quick to help me out and very friendly. The area it was located in was great too. Plenty of good restaurants and just a quick drive to downtown. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to my friends.

Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites was easy to get to, excellent staff, checking in was simple, the room was clean and comfortable. ... They have a great snack area downstairs for after the kitchen closes. It was three miles from the casino at half the price.

The Holiday Inn was overall very nice. I loved the big cozy towels; they were unexpectedly soft. The bedding was beautiful ... and the pillows were wrapped like presents. The room was very pretty. My children loved the swimming pool although it was extremely crowded. The water was too cold and there were not enough swim towels for all the guests. We had to ask three times to get towels. I did not like the fact that some teens were abnoxious in the pool area. I also did not like the fact that there were so many young guests making a lot of noise late at night and lounging outside of my door in the hallway playing football. It was spring break and I may not go there again during that time of year. I liked the location.

The Holiday Inn in Albuquerque, New Mexico was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The staff ... was friendly and we had easy access to I 25 which allowed to visit many of the places we wanted to. Upon our arrival, our room was not ready and we had to wait several hours before the room was ready. They did give us free breakfast coupons for our trouble. Overall it was a nice hotel and we would consider staying there again in the future.
