Good start
Never been to New Mexico. My wife and I enjoyed the time we spent. The hotel for us was a central spot to start your day of traveling to any direction.

Great for a weary traveler
They worked great with us when our plane came in late and even though we had already missed our original check-in time they reinstated our stay and were ready for us when we arrived tired and frustrated. They honored our desire to not have anyone enter our room during our stay, and the manager spoke with us while we were there and promised to look into a fix for the problem with the water temp in the shower (was too hot and wouldn't adjust down without us first turning the water all the way to cold). Wish I had the time to try the pool/Jacuzzi and work out room.

Not up to the standard I have come to expect from Holiday Inn Express. The bathroom and shower were obviously not cleaned properly after the previous guests. I was glad I saw it before my wife did. It is about time for a remodel also. My experience will cause me to think twice before I stay there again.

Great
Stayed one night to fly out the next day. Room was clean and beds were great. Four pillows per bed. Fridge in each room. Very close to the airport and rental car return area.

Overnght Stay on the way home
This has to be the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Very nice. Microwave, fridge, good tv selections. Just did not get to stay long enough to enjoy all the amenities.

excellent hotel close to airport
excellent hotel and service. Shuttle from Rental Car Returns as well as to airport. When following directions to get to the hotel, watch the turns carefully, or you are back on RT 25! Friendly and helpful staff. Internet connection for boarding pass available.

SAD AND UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
Price too high for bad service
Parking Lot: too crouded, did not provide breakfast, customer service was bad....called two to three times for toothbrushes, toilet paper, and unfriendly staff. Bad location!

Bathroom facilities were poor
We stayed here for 5 days while apartment hunting for our upcoming relocation to ABQ. Pros: Staff was mostly friendly. The lone night staff person left the front desk to come get us when we were stranded at the rental car center past midnight. Our room was mostly quiet, which surprised me considering we were placed right next to the elevator + ice machine (luckily, the ice machine was broken). Free printer + copier (attached to printer) in business center. Cons: Our bathroom: we had to remember to hold down the handle in order to flush completely, and every flush produced a high-pitched whine from the toilet. Our tub didn't drain properly so after two showers, we were ankle deep in water. I told the front desk and they sent someone to pour Drano down the pipe, but it didn't help. By our last night, we had a lake in the tub 8-10 inches high. We could have switched rooms, but we were too lazy to pack up. Business center: only two work stations, so do all your work during the afternoon because at night the kids dominate it, playing games + checking facebook.
