Had a wonderful vacation made better by the staff and excellent services at this hotel. The rooms were wonderful with a helpful staff for finding my way around during my first visit to New Mexico. I will stay with them again during my next visit. A++

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was close to things we wanted to do. Restaurant across the street at the Indian Cultural Center allowed a 10% discount for hotel guests, which was nice.

The road noise was horrible and required earplugs to be able to sleep. Also they wouldn't change my room.

Great stay at Holiday Inn Express
I was very early before check in time and [...] at the registration desk was extremely kind and helpful. She even changed my room because the room I had been assigned would not have been ready for a long time.She told me where I could eat and kept my luggage while I went to eat. All the other staff were frienldy.

Outstanding Customer Service
We got there late so we wne to get some pizza. The lady attending the front desk looked for a coupon but did not find it. We went to the restaurant without it. While we were there, she called to explain about the coupon and the restaurant accepted it! Wow! She really went the extra mile, unprompted. We left before the breakfast was served, but we were give some food anyway. Again, I am very pleased with this hotel and its staff.
