Free breakfast, business center and a pool near Kirtland Air Force Base

Started Good - Ended Bad
Good staff, good first impression. Unfortunately, we woke up to find a pincher bug roaming our floor. Not good with a 6 month old baby in the room. We packed up and left once we discovered this. Also, the non-smoking rooms have a patio & ashtrays outside which means you smell smoke & smell LIKE smoke once you walk outside. Wouldn't go there again.

Fine for the price
The price was reasonable, the location was good, and the rooms were clean. The hotel wasn't spectacular, but it wasn't a let-down. I would stay there again.

Holiday Inn Express Albuquerque
The overall hotel experience was fine, but, for a Holiday Inn Expres, I was expecting inside access to the room. This appears to be a converted motel with separate lobby and tghen you have to go outside to get to your room. OK, but not what I expected given all previous experiences with HIE.

Great Place to Stay
No problems checking in or out. Friendly, helpful staff. Loved the business center, as my laptop couldn't connect up to the wireless network. My problem, not the hotel's.
