Econo Lodge Albuquerque

Upon Arrival the room did smell as if someone had smoked in it before, there was a hole in the wall where it looked as if a smoke detector once was. Carpet could use a good vacuuming, and there was no towels available in the room. Had to go down to from desk to request towels the first two nights. The final night towels where finally provided by the cleaning service.

No blow dryer, no iron. Not visitor friendly.

I went to NM to visit family and enjoy the balloon fiesta because my family is involved in it. When we wanted to take a shower we were only given one towel. We went to order out for food and the phone didn't have a wire connection so the phone didn't work and the internet didn't work all the time. This hotel did the job, it gave us a place to sleep.

Very nice. [...] was very nice and helpful. I didn't have a remote for my TV and I called and he brought me one right a way.

The outside of the motel was dirty looking. The was a party down the hall from our room. People were standing outside drinking [...]. When we checked in the front desk attendent was impatient and rude. The whole motel was dirty and smelled awful. I paid way more by using orbitz then if I would have just drove up to the motel and rented a room. The rooms were only $39.00 a night and I paid over fifty. It was not worth fifty. My suggestion is to tear down the motel and start over. Also don't always believe the pictures of the motel because it did not look nice and clean when you see it in person. I will never stay there again.

The rooms we had at the Econo Lodge were comfortable, neat, and kept clean.

The room was very clean and very nice and friendly staff. They were very helpful with every answer. And the continenal breakfast was very good also.
