Pleasantly surprised.
At first glance I wasn't sure how the hotel was going to be, but it turned out to be great. The front desk people were friendly and awesome. The housekeeping staff was great! They even added a few touches that made it feel more like home. Definately staying there again!!!

Unknown Credit Card Charges
The food wasn't great. The room was clean and comfortable. The wifi internet speed was above average. When I got home I discovered they had charged $29.73 to my credit card. I have no clue why but it appears to have been done when I checked in. I was not told about this when I checked out and was not given a receipt at checkout.

On a shopping spree getaway
We have stayed at this hotel a few other times and have always enjoyed our stay. This time however was not very enjoyable. The staff gave us a room on the first floor and the family that stayed in the room above us was very loud late into the night. We asked the front desk clerk three times to please have the family quiet down but it was early morning before it finally became quiet. Not once did the staff offer to move us or the other family. I realize that the staff does not have very much control over other peoples actions but I felt that more should have been done. I would still recommend this hotel to others but beware of the first floor.

Good Sleep, Fluffy Pillows, Nice Shower
This was a good clean room with a great mattress and four fluffy pillows on each queen bed. Best sleep I've experienced at a motel ever! Located off the main drag close to the airport south of town, the traffic was light and parking close. The free breakfast was just adequate but plentiful. I regret I didn't get to try the hot tub or indoor pool. Our 5 night stay was enjoyable with no problems.
