Oh my!
No hot water, bathtub stopper engaged, and bathtub had water in it, dirty dishes and half-drunk Coca-Cola bottle in room. Staff nice, but overwhelmed. No chance for breakfast--too crowded and a long line waiting--trash can overflowing, not able to keep up with crowd. Overall, not a great experience!

The front desk rep was really friendly and helpful. I had asked for a room on a higher level because I would feel safer as a single traveler. He was really helpful in accommodating my needs.

Noisy, noisy, noisy
Bed is uncomfortable, extremely hard to get into motel, yelling drunks, kids running around all times day and night, can hear every shower in motel all hours of the night, car horns and flashing lights all night long. Breakfast okay. Staff courteous. Wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

overnighter
Three Stars, Really???
I found the location of the hotel bothersome and hard to get in and out of. The rooms were large, but dated. The air conditioner will keep you up at night. Overall I would not rate this as a Three Star location.

Access to this hotel is a nightmare. Much better accomodations in the area for the price.

Great stop on our summer road trip. Hotel was perfect. Clean, great location and friendly staff. We were greeted with a nice welcome bag of snacks and fresh cookies were kept at the front desk. Great lounge with board games for the kids to play. Free computer use, copies and fax service. Awesome.

Satisfied gran-dad
Absolutely amazing!
We took our two grandchildren for five days. We selected this hotel because it had an indoor pool and our last stay in Albuquerque the outdoor pool was a little chilly. Large bedroom and seperate sitting room with sofa and recliner. The surprise was two flat screens! We were prepared to suffer through spongebob for 4 days, but we didn't have to! Kids LOVED the pool, it was warm and I enjoyed hot tub beside pool. The breakfast was superb, waffles and all the usual but was blown away when attendant asked if we would like her to prepare us some eggs and sausage, wow. The hotel staff was effecient and friendly. We and the kids had a blast. If you don't like this place, your WAY too picky!

Short drive from hotel
We visited zoo and aquarium, which was close and on San Mateo we took in Cliff's amusement park, Putt putt golf and saw 3 movies at the discout movie theater, hd quality for $2 and 3D for $4, seriously! The Natural History meuseum was great also, we never traveled more than 15 minutes anywhere.

Clean but a little noisy
The hotel was a one night stay as we were traveling and needed to stop half way. The room was clean and comfortable. However, our room was located facing the interstate so it was noisy all night long. I would stay at this hotel again, but I would request to stay on the other side of the hotel where the room is not facing traffic.
