The Isle of Palms is a Resort Motel in Wildwood located 1 block to the Beach and the center of the Boardwalk. We offer a large Swimming Pool Jacuzzi Sauna Kiddy pool spacious sun deck for your summertime enjoyment. Game Room, Fitness Room (adults only), Evening towel Service. No Pets Allowed A USD $50 security deposit per person with guests 30 years of age or under may be required at check in or at the discretion of management. The security deposit is used towards any damages. and any fees management deems necessary and required to offset additional costs created by guests that are above normal use. Guests are liable for damages and costs will be charged to the credit card on file. Proper ID and valid credit card required at check in. IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE RESERVATIONS, PLEASE CONTACT HOTEL DIRECTLY TO CONFIRM.

Amazing deal and quality

Just stayed at this hotel in September, was really hesitant on booking here because of the reviews. We get to the hotel and it looks pretty good, really nice covered parking, clean pool area, and a hot tub. My concern was getting to our room, right as I walked through the door I was amazed. The room was huge, clean, had a nice size fridge, microwave, three beds, we had our own private balcony. Place has a coffee shop (during season) an arcade aswell. The only problem with the place that I can agree with other reviews is the elevator. It was pretty small and had a strange smell of something burning. But for the price, location, and room quality the elevator can slide. This place is great, I plan to stay here again.

Time-saving tip: Long walk from hotel

The beach is so far from the boardwalk at this beach, if possible i recommend bringing a bike to ride on the sand to the beach.

nice place to stay

it was ok except for all the little kids and non-americans we were the minority in the hotel let's put it that way. The jucuzzi was awesome except for all the little kids in it all the time when there was a sign stating no one under 18 but that was just the parents not caring. But other than that it was great i would go back.

Needs some elbow grease

Soooo.... Hotels at the shore can be a bit swanky, however I had to ask for the sheets to be changed and for clean blankets. Which was done so by the lady at the front desk within 5 min. The walls in the room do not look like they have been washed down in a very long time. I almost asked for a bucket of cleaning water so I could wash the walls myself. The staff was very polite and helpful, for one night we suffered it out.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE; FILTHY, SMELLY, GROSS

I looked at the reviews for this motel before I selected it for the July 4th weekend and the reviews were mixed. Many people were satisfied and many people called it disgusting....I thought...how bad could it be ...its pretty expensive and some people said that it was ok and that they would come back... I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THOSE WHO CALLED IT DISGUSTING!!! This place smells like a diesel truck inside of their humid lobby. The elevator looks, smells, and feels like its about to fall apart. The rooms have cracks in the walls, dirty filthy floors, SAND IN THE BEDS. There are cigarette burns in the furniture and comforters. The comforters feel like brillo pads....There was juice boxes stuffed in the corner of the room from the previous guests....I mean THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL DUMP. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT RENT A ROOM HERE. I never write reviews but my time here was so bad I HAD TO TELL EVERYONE. P.S. THE BATHROOM IS SO DIRTY YOU WONT GET CLEAN IN THE SHOWER!!!!
