GREAT SERVICE ''BUT''
THE INSIDE OF THE FACILITY WAS CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED--THE BREAKFAST AREA WAS FAIR---HOWEVER THE OUTSIDE AREA WAS A DISASTER---THEY ARE EITHER LAZY OR BLIND THERE. GARBAGE LAYING AROUND EVERY WHERE---A SIMPLE THREE HOUR JOB OF CLEANING THE PARKING AREA WOULD HAVE IMPROVED THE PROPERTY IMMENSELY BUT FIRST IMPRESSIONS COUNT AND THAT OUT SIDE ARE IS A DISASTER.THE VIEW FROM THE ROOM THRU PATIO DOORS WAS A SORE SIGHT-ONCE AGAIN TRASH ALL OVER.

Worst Yet!
I was supposed to have a refergirator in my room, although the motel was almost empty there were 'none available'. My iron was missing, the ironing board broken. I went with staff while they searched rooms for an iron and board. There was NO coffee maker in the room. The side walk to the office from the room building entrance was icy. Won't ever stay here again. Stains on the hall and room carpets. Took a whole day and pluggig the bottom of the doors with towels to heat up the room. Hall ways have NO heat.
