Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites MT. HOLLY-NJ TNPK EXIT 5

My only complaint was a loud fan/AC systme, needed on a warm night.

Check in took 15 mins. he seemed ok but flustered.. The walls were paper thin I could actually hear the person in the other rooms conversation. I called the desk about the noise @ 11:30pm that didn't work.. I started banging on the wall & by the 3rd time @ 11:42 they finally got quiet.. The hotel should have thought of the noise factor before they built the place. We travel about once a month & this was the LOUDEST hotel I have EVER stayed in. Breakfast lady was rude & didn't even acknowledge us. The desk person in his 60's was doing a crossword puzzle and didn't even look up @ us when we put the key on the counter & said we were checking out. I felt uncomfortable leaving the key on the counter bc he WAS NOT getting up so I walked it over to him where he was sitting. This was on 11/13/11 @ 6:45am,.

Easy check in and check out procedures. Staff was polite, efficient, and helpful. Housekeeping is excellent, and the free breakfast buffet was good. Could use a larger, upgraded fitness room.

Attended a family function. The hotel was convenient, clean and friendly. Perfect for a quick weekend. Included Continental breakfast and the pool was a definite plus. Room was very comfortable.

This was the cheapest hotel in cluster just off the NJ Tpke exit 5. Not worth 3 stars. Very plain amenities, dirty parking lot, shopworn interior. On the plus side the rooms were clean and it was quiet. Beds okay but not great. A few nights later we stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in this same cluster. Same 3 star rating but much, much nicer - - somewhat more expensive but worth it.

I was on a trip to visit my birthplace, Willingboro. 1. The hotel was fine. However; there was no sign on the main road. Econolodge, the Hilton, etc. were all well-marked. The night clerk (Sunday 1 Nov @ 6PM) could not be reached by phone for directions. I eventually stopped at the Hilton, where they helped me locate my hotel. When I arrived at the Holiday Inn, the night clerk was away from the desk on a personal phone call. 2. They could not provide me with a useful map of the local area.

It was restful and the location was excellent.

first shift front desk staff was very very friendly and courteous, the second shift staff (a afro american) was very nasty to me when i called the front desk to ask where the nearest Kentucky Fried Chicken was located and she responded "Down 130 you can't miss it", and she hung up the phone. So i went down to the front desk to ask in person and she was just plain RUDE. plus the toliet wouldn't flush we had to fill the tank with water in order to flush it, the pool was dirty had dead bugs in it scared the children.the rooms are very small.

Nice facility for the purpose... clean and friendly atmosphere.

Close proximity to highway and useful big-box stores (Target), but somewhat far from nice places to eat. We stayed during a weekend leave from Fort Dix, it was close enough to be worthwhile for a weekend, but far enough away to be on vacation. The room was quiet, despite a large group there as well. The breakfast was not fabulous, but it was plentiful. The pool was small and heavily chlorinated, but warm enough. Free wi-fi was nice.
