Very nice, for a motel

You can't expect too much from a motel. Location was perfect for our needs, room was better than average comfort-wise and cleanliness-wise. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Ironically, we stayed at a nice resort a few days later that didn't have as good beds. Only thing that bothered us was the heating unit kept switching on and off throughout the night waking us up. Only realized after the fact we probably could have set the fan to always on instead of auto to at least keep the white noise consistent. Also was a bit pricey for the area, but other places nearby were not much better.

convenient location

Only slept there. Did not use any facilities other than the room except one drink at the bar. Staff was pleasant, but loud at 4:30 AM. Sound proofing seemed to be lacking in the rooms. Proximity of our room to the banquet rooms contributed to the noise problem.

Nice place for weary travelers

Very nice place to stay. We got in very late (1:30 AM) and left by 9AM having gotten exactly what we needed: A nice, quiet rest and a good breakfast. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice when we checked in and the people on staff at breakfast were very nice as well. Only very *minor* complaint was the lack of meat (they had eggs and biscuits/gravy for hot food) at the breakfast, which really is nitpicking. I only mention it because my daughter was hoping for bacon! Everything was wonderful, could not have been better.

Just visiting the family

Overall it was nice. Good location. Close to the family we were visiting. We thought the breakfast would be complimentary but we had to pay different prices for hot and cold breakfast. Maybe you can look into making this complimentary to the customers.

visiting the grand baby

We Visit point pleasent,NJ several times a year to see family, its a resort town so hotels are expensive. We usually go off season so that we can afford a room near by. Toms creek area is close and allows us more afforable choices. I have had major back surgery; living over three hrs away makes it very hard for me to travel, to and from NJ in one day. The Ramada's beds are so comfortable, this is so important when you have had back pain as I have for so many years. It feels good to sink into the lush linens and abundance of pillows. I love the extra pillows, I can put them under my legs to help with the back pain. Pillows what a small thing that makes such a BIG differance! LOve this place, It's the hotel we will always use when we come to town to visit the family.

Above average

Website advertises free breakfast from May - Sept..no where does it say Mon-Friday only. For the price of the room, I feel they should at least offer a continental breakfast "all the time".
