A bit weathered
I was at this property over the weekend of 3/9/12. I think they have really comfortable beds. The kitchen is small but certainly do-able. In the room we were in, the curtain in the LR had a burn and in a couple of places the furniture and carpet was showing its use. We had a 2 bdrm suite and I thought my bath was fine, my suite mate thought the other bath was not. Our thermostat was falling off the wall and difficult to use. Had to turn it up til the heat came on and turn it off when the suite warmed up. The breakfast was not very good to us in this Staybridge nor was it in another I've stayed at. But, I was comfortable and I will stay there again. These places get used hard. You just have to let them know as soon as you check in if anything that happens and I write to the Corp. Office too. We told them when we were checking out and got the once over about "why didn't you say anything when you checked in..."WARNING! If you pay ahead they still want a credit card for "sundries". They charge it with at least $25 then it takes about 4 days to drop off. Can't check in without a CC which can make it difficult. I use a debit card and I wasn't about to let them hit it for the money they wanted to and negotiated it down to $25. But, if I'd needed that money, I'd have been out of luck!

Nice stay despite...
The only thing that kept my stay from being great was that the oven in my suite didn't work. There wasn't any maintenance available Friday or Saturday to resolve the issue until Sunday when it was suggested to move to another suite but in checking-out Monday morning I felt it was a mute point to do so. Would've been nice for them to offer a discount considering having a kitchen was one of the reasons why I made the reservation. Staff was very helpful otherwise!

A convention attendee
a convention attendee's review
Some friends and I were staying for an anime convention. This was my first time staying in a hotel for a convention, so I have nothing to compare it to. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. The room was not prepared when we got our keys, but thankfully that was remedied quickly and was not a big issue. The kitchen was nice to have, as well as the complimentary breakfast; being able to save money on food is great for any con goer. It was a comfortable room, though it is not the closest hotel to the convention center and while it's not really far away, it is a fair jaunt if you plan on walking to and from the hotel. Overall, aside from the one hiccup about room prep, it was not a bad place at all to stay for a couple nights.

staybridge suites SOMERSET
our trip to jersey was due to a death in the family . we had no place to stay . we desided to go to the internet to find any place close to somerset . we found plenty of places . plenty information about all hotels in that area. we choose staybridge because it mentioned suite.well were we supprised upon our arrival. the suites were more roomy than any hotel we have ever stayed.we couldn t have asked for a better place to stay. very clean , enough extras to make it like home , fresh linens each day , bath and room cleaned , which is a fobia of mine , beds freshioned even feather pillows. they knew i was comming.. i hate the polyfilled or the foam filled pillows. i was at home in there bed . greatest night rest that i had in any holtel that i ever stayed. last but not least waking up to brewing a cup of coffee in the room or going to a buffett breakfast news papers to read in a very comfortable surrounding. on futher trips to new jersey this is the only place i will choose for a great nights rest and relaxation

Farm Girl
like home
I grew up on this street when it was all farms, so I this was an odd experience to be sure, but the hotel was very homey, with small kitchen (well equipped), comfy living room, and very cozy bed. The location is very quiet, set way back off the road. The hotel breakfast buffet is extensive, from eggs to fruit, cereal, bagels, etc. Staff were very friendly.
