Courtyard Marriott somerset
I have stayed in less expensive hotels who's rooms were better. The refrigerator was unplugged, the shelf holding it was uneven and leaning as if it was going to fall and the room just seemed crooked. Best Western would have been better.

very disapointing
Boooked a week-end get away with grandchildren, and reserved this hotel because it had an indoor pool. On arriving was told the pool was't in working order and wouldn't be fixed till March. If we knew that we would of stayed at another hotel, we chose the Marriott due the good hotel name. Also the ice machine didn't work all weekend, and the room smelled musty.

Excellance away from Home
We were greated in a fiendly manor, asked how many key we would need and given directions to the room. We were informed about local establishments and times they closed. Room was as expected, and was very enjoyable. Clean, decorated, and designed perfectly. Check out was easy as pie. Free coffee could have been a bit better quality though.

Excellent for business or personal
The hotel had an interactive monitor in the lobby to check for restaurants, flights, news, local attractions, etc. The price per night was very reasonable. The staff was courteous and friendly. I would definitely stay at that hotel again.
