Crowne Plaza SECAUCUS-MEADOWLANDS

We stayed at this hotel two years ago for NewYear's eve. Although the experience was good, we had issues with the water pressure and temperature. It never really got hot; it was a nightmare to take a shower. Now, however, we did not have a problem with it. Water pressure was perfect and the water was always hot despite the fact our room was at the top of the building. Apparantly it got fixed and well fixed. Good for the hotel! I would tottally recommended.

the hotel was very convienent, clean friendly perssonel. I have stayed at this hotel 1 time before, and was very pleased. The food in the bar was a little iffy, but not bad. Next time I hope to use the gym. Could not use pool because of winter. i will book again next year for game.

Old hotel. Elevator never worked and would have to wait 20-30 minutes to get to room. No restaraunts within walking distance. Overal terrible experience.

Quite simply! This Hotel is awesome! Me and my wife stayed there to get married in NYC! After a shaky start with payment (which was sorted out with little fuss and greatly appreciatted) we loved every minute here! From the manager Al one of the nicest most genuine guys ive ever met. To the security guy and housekeeping they helped make our trip and wedding day very special indeed. From providing muffins and coffee on our wedding morning to taking our photos and giving us breakfast they were simply awesome. The hotel is nice but getting tired, that said there is something romantic about its stuck in the past appearance and we quite liked it! Was very comfy! Really handy for NYC and shuttle is excellent!! even a cab from station is about 10 dollars so not bad at all!! BEWARE THOUGH getting back from manhattan after trains from penn station stop!! roughly 80 dollars!! the perils of too much beer!! Anyway We highly reccomend this place!

Great staff and cleanliness in the hotel. A bit far from NY but it was fine since we're travelling with children. It was super to have a Starbuck's in the hotel lobby

we stayed at this hotel to visit New York City. Great proximity, free shuttle to train station was a plus. Really only complaint was we kept having to ask for towels and we had to get new room keys twice during our stay as they mysteriously would quit working. Room was very clean. Front desk staff not too friendly, but not a big deal.

The rooms were of poor quality . Staff was friendly and helpful. No WiFi which made it difficult to work there. I asked for a room that is not next to the supply room on my floor and not next to the stairs and I was ignored . The elevators were breaking down all the time and they only had two .

Was there to visit friends and go to ball game. The hotel is in need of renovation and although clean, is showing age. Old TV's in room. Couldn't use internet either day we were there due to some malfunction being worked on???? Price was right, but reflected in the condition of hotel. Would probably stay there again due to price and convenience, but badly needs a facelift!

Just about average. Very bad customer service and if you are planning on using their shuttle to get to the station, the service is horrendous. Given the number of people and the distance to the station, the hotel ought to have a few shuttles running back and forth instead they make you wait for hours.
