Cloud 9 Inn

The hotel was in a perfect location for what we were looking for very short walk to all Seaside attractions. Kids really enjoyed it they said it was the best of both worlds with having the pool and the beach at hand. We celebrated our daughters sweet 16 birthday with some of her friends. They all said they had a blast and wanna go again. The only thing missing was a breakfast but had a nice breakfast with a short walk at a restaurant called Just Breakfast. We would stay there again. The pool went from 3ft to 6ft was very clean. The room was not too bad. The kids only complaint was the shower lol the water pressure was great but no matter what setting of the water temp it felt like everytime someone flushed a toilet the temp got very HOT.

Check in and they tell us they know the TV doesn't work and the fire alarm is off the wall so good start. We go to the door and it i s obvious they door had been kicked in by the police recently, the bottom of the door is dented and the chain broken off. Would not swim in the pool, very dirty. slept there but could do noting else. was close to the boardwalk but that is about it!

The first room they put me in smelled like smoke. The next room was a little better. The room was dingy, had to turn on every light to view the room. The room had a refrig but it was on the sink counter top taken almost the entire counter. You go in the bathroom and the tub is stain and has cigerette stain and some kind of gunk on the shower curtain and rod. The toilet was stained when you picked the seat up. Also the check in office smelled really really bad. Oh the main garbage for the motel was right nexted to the pool. I would not recommend this motel.

Stay there two nights. Extremely noisy on Saturday. The club next door, Karma, blasted music till 4 am. Then party goers staying at the hotel came over to and loittered around in front of the rooms. However, Sunday night was fine.

HAD TO CANCEL FAMILY TROUBLE HAVING TROUBLE GETTING CREDIT

The room could have been a bit cleaner, the carpet and bed covers in particular, but it was ok overall. The manager is always around and asks if you need anything. I am not very picky in general so...

This motel, now Cloud 9 Inn, is located adjacent to the night club Karma. This may appeal to younger beach goers, but if you think you will be bothered by club music until 3 am, then choose another location. The owner was very nice, and made sure to tell us how hard he works at the motel. This seemed odd as our room did not have an operation dead bolt or chain lock. The room was acceptably clean for the amount of time we spent there, and the ac worked nicely. From this location we could walk directly to the beach and the restaurants near by, and know our car was parked safely.

Owner was very nice, outdoor pool was very clean. Community grill, no ice machine or coffee machine, carpet in room was very dirty as was the grouting in the bathroom floor. Walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. Overall, a good value for a short stay.

Sand Caslte in Seaside Heights NJ was not the cleanest place I've stayed. The bathroom needed a good cleaning and the toilet leaked all over the floor. I had to put the garbage can under it to keep the floor dry. I'm sure this would be an okay place for a bunch of kids to party, but as far a place for families with small children I would not recommend it. The only good thing about it was the location.
