Had a great weekend getaway. The staff was friendly and the room was great.

The staff were amazing and ensured that my stay was convenient and comfortable in every way. I will definitely return!

The room was very clean, spacious, and had many perks that made the stay very enjoyable. There was a very large sofa in the living area and the TV easily swivels to face wherever you need it to. The staff was also very polite. Only drawback is the in-room movies were a bit pricey running $14/movie. They do, however, have various input ports for the TV to allow for DVD players, etc. Overall, the experience exceeded the expectations given the price and was really a great value.

I've stayed at other Hyatt Place hotels and they have been designed with the business traveler in mind.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms were WAY bigger than we expected. Beds were nice and comfy. 5 restaurants within walking distance, and a nice mall right next door.

Hyatt Place has been one of my favorite hotels due to the room design, the 42 inch tv, the Starbucks coffee, and 24 hour food service. Generally I will pay more to stay at them if necessary. BUT, the drawbacks have finally gotten to me. The wi-fi was so slow I had to do to the hotel next door to work. The Ethernet connection in my room was broken, as were both of my phones. Given the every room has a sleep sofa, these hotels are mobbed on weekends by sports teams. If the kids are young enough there generally is a lot of noise. Due to the sports teams, the breakfast room is a zoo in the morning and there sometimes is no place to sit. I ordered a waffle (extra charge) and it was so tough I could barely chew it. It was probably the fist time in my life I left a waffle uneaten on my plate! For some reason (probably cost) the breakfast coffee is no longer Starbucks. Seattle's Best is now offered (owned by Starbucks...lower quality). Finally, DO NOT get a room near the pool as you can hear all the kids screaming. The staff at these hotels are always friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable and clean room, lots of amenities, friendly service, within walking distance of a great mall with shopping, movies, and restaurants. I definitely recommend this hotel.

We went to the aquarium in Camden, NJ and Sesame Place the other day. The only thing was after we booked the room we called the hotel to let them know we would really like a room on the 1st floor by the exit, they said it shouldn't be a problem. When we arrived the hall we requested was available but the area only a double bed - we booked it for two double beds. This hotel is one of my favorites that we have gone to over the years, we have been there before this and we will go again.

The room was very nice, with a 42" big screen TV and a comfortable bed. The sitting area was very nice as well. If you want a relaxing place for a couple or business stay, however, this is NOT the place. My husband and I did not realize it, but this hotel is used by families going to "Sesame Place" (I'm guessing this is a theme park for Sesame Street lovers) and so the entire weekend the hotel was overrun with small noisy children. It seemed a bit better on the week days. The pool was closed for repairs during our entire stay as well (6 nights). The continental breakfast was good, and the location is great for several good restaurants and the Mayfair mall (all within walking distance). Our small refrigerator didn't work and the hotel staff gladly replaced it (twice) until we got one that worked fine. All in all not a bad deal if you don't mind the kids on the weekend.
