Nice experince

It was a brief but nice stay. We slept very well. The amenities were nice. Great indoor pool and spa.

Birthday Weekend

We stayed two nights. Our plan was to stay in Princeton and take a train to NYC and back. The hotel was in a perfect location. It was a couple of miles from Princeton Junction train station. There were also restaurants nearby, so we didn't have to venture too far. The staff was friendly and housecleaning did a great job.

Walking distance to University

Well, actually, it is a good half hour hike, but on a beautiful fall day, with the crew rowing along the lake, the one and a half mile walk along the towpath from the hotel to Alexander Road is nothing short of miraculous. The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk to lake Carnegie, along a very quiet side road at Scudder's Mill. Rooms were excellent value, with comfortable beds and a large, functional desk.

Clean and updated, good breakfast

We stayed for my son's college tour; great friendly service. Nice clean rooms. Breakfast sandwiches were surprisingly good.

Would not pick this one again

I requested a wonderful king bed for my boyfriend and I,it was our anniversary and I had planned to surprise him with a fabulous room. I read some not-so-great reviews and called the hotel with my concerns and they PROMISED to make sure my stay would be perfect. They said that they would put us in a nice room with a balcony and complimentary breakfast. After a long train ride we arrived at the hotel, excited as can be and much to my surprise we were placed in room with 2 beds instead of one, No balcony and NO breakfast. I immediately called the front desk, this room was nothing like what I expected and they refused to remedy the situation. My advice to anyone would be, "AVOID this hotel at all costs, no matter how nice the price is"!
