College Bound
When we checked in the staff told us about their shuttle service and how to schedule it. We went to our room, dropped our bags and went back to the desk to schedule the shuttle for that night and the college tour the next day. All of a sudden the shuttle was broken? Very confusing since they just offered it, and they were not sure if it would be avail the next day. Good thing I had a car as this hotel is out of the way. Not sure what we would have done if we didn't have the car. I asked about a late check out to accomodate the college tour the next day and the lady said no way, they had tons of people checking in the next day. There was seriously 3 cars in the parking lot and it was a huge hotel/conference center. I told her I had hoped the tons of people checking in wouldn't need their shuttle. In town no one even knew or heard of this hotel.
