Sheraton Parsippany Hotel

Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff are polite and helpful. A/C is annoying in that it switches on and off during the night rather than a constraint temperature. Most of the time it either feels too hot or too cold. Pools are nice, although more floating toys for kids would be good. Resturant is very overpriced and food is not great. I paid $16 for a burger that was not worth $5. Wireless is free in the lobby, but costs $10 per day in the room.

We motored from Connecticut and stayed at your hotel to join family arriving from other parts of the country to attend a graduation in Netcong. Our room (#561) was clean, attractive and comfortable. We have stayed at Sheratons before and will surely again. Your personnel were friendly and attentive, especially in the breakfast room.

I cannot say enough good things about the Sheraton Parsippany. The family enjoyed the pool and the adults also enjoyed the hot/cold spa tubs. The rooms were very comfortable, and the customer service was very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!

Dining options were ok. There was a resturant which had a decent menu but not a ton of selections. I tried to go to the pool and hot tub with my son. The pool was a little too cold and he really wanted to go to the hot tub but no children are allowed in it. There was a lifeguard on duty for the pool which was good. There was some kind of vent in the room which made a very loud humming noice at night. The bed was EXCELLENT and definately provided a good night and comfortable rest though. The hotel was clean and nice overall. I did not get to use the gym but it was a very nice size compared to others I have seen. There is also a sauna which I would have used if I did not have my son. There were raquetball courts and a basketball hoop outside that while I would not have used I thought it was a nice option to have. There was Starbucks coffee in the room, 2 free water bottles per night and Tazo tea all of which I also liked.

We stayed at the Sheraton while we were in town for a wedding. We were impressed by the lobby and the personable staff. The room, however, was shockingly inconsistent with the lobby. The rug was very stained and the tables were dirty. The bedsheets were far too small for the bed (revealing the mattress) and the bedskirt was covered with yellow stains. It was clear that housekeeping had been there and that this was the Sheraton's idea of clean (new towels, bed made). The A/C unit was old and loud and woke us up multiple times; we tried to turn it up but it didn't help. We were really disappointed with this hotel. It was an old and dirty room being hidden by a brand new lobby.

The hotel looks like a castle and was very nice and clean. the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable! Everything was very clean.

The hotel is beautiful and the next time I decide to stay in that area I will definetly stay at that hotel. The 1 thing that I was unaware of was that I needed to pay $15 to have a refrig. put in the room, other than that, I really enjoyed myself.
