Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites PARSIPPANY FAIRFIELD

The Hotel was clean and nice not what I expect for the Holiday Express because work was being done to update the hotel.. The room was nice. breakfast was good.

The room was clean. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was delicious. I recommend this place for the people who travel a lot.

Hotell room and bath a bit small. There is no arm chair to sit and read. If desk is used, 2nd person must sit on bed. Breakfast was generous, good variety. Staff is friendly and helpful. I would prefer a more spacious room.

The room was ready at check in. The staff was helpful. The pool was a hit with our son; no towels were available at the pool. Told the front desk and the towels arrived shortly there after. Good location to get in and out of city. Business center available for checking email and finding out events in the area.

i stayed at this hotel for business trip.the staff is not courteous at all..and don't make you feel welcome..rooms were clean but the service was bad. I would avoid this particular holiday inn for my future trips.

Nice, clean hotel. A little inside construction going on but it didn't bother us. Should I ever have a need to go to Parsippany again, I would use this hotel again.

We checked in around 12:30 am after a terrible flight delay out of Tampa. We checked in smoothly and went to the room. It had not been cleaned. One bed was "messed" up. We had to go back and the desk found us a cleaned room. The breakfast was the highlight of the stay. We checked out around 7:30 am.

Admittedly, I have not stayed at a Holiday Inn for some time because I'd been disappointed by them several times. This time, however, I was not. The hotel was undergoing some updating, and what I found was quite different than the last HI visited. The beds were firm but not hard, pillows varied from soft to firm (and there were 4 per bed), and a nice desk with plug in's to accomodate my charger and laptop. The breakfast provided both hot and cold items with fresh fruit, and it was pretty good. The attached restaurant had at least average food (some was above average) for dinner. My only complaint is that there were many 'family meal' portions and only a few single person items, and that portion size was pretty large for me. The staff was very friendly and the maid on my floor was delightful (I left her a tip and she even said 'thank you').
