affordable, very convenient to the airport. shuttle service is good'

hotel was ok . the location was a little questionable. They charge $15.00 to let you park your own car.

location is good but Hotel is outdated. Pay the 20 more bucks and stay somewhere else.

For me paying $15 for parking at a Hotel was unheard of before I went here. I later saw that Orbitz displayed this information under terms and conditions, but I would say it was cleverly camouflaged. Great Job !! Noisy...yes the jet engines just blast your ear drum Unfriendly staff...yes. Don't bother asking for even a creamer or the address to a near by popular location or a train station; you might instead ask a wall and wait for an answer. Non-smoking room...they put you in one but the rest rooms are yelling out..."Cigarette smoke..enter with caution" I would not go here again!!

The room was non well maintained, due to airport vicinity and poor noise insulation of rooms the hotel is noisy. The quality of bed is poor. Overall not a good experience. Better spend little more money and stay some place else.

The location was close to the airport and where we were visiting which was great. Dissappointed to have to pay $15.00 a night for parking our rental car. The room rate was a great price until having to add the parking which we did not know before we arrived. I would have booked another hotel in the same area where we have stayed before and is a better hotel. The room was clean and nice.

I have waited the airport shuttle for a long time.. Staff was so cold.. The rooms are not perfectly clean but it's enough for a night.. Simply it's not a friendly hotel but price is better than the other Newark,NJ airport hotels. If you have to stay somewhere around the airport, it's ok..

The hotel was in the middle of nowhere, the rooms smelled bad, I felt uncomfortable getting into the bed. The staff was very unfriendly and even foolish, they suggested that I missed my shuttle at 4:00am to the airport although I was standing outside at 3:50am. They also forgot my wakeup call, good thing I used my cell phone as a security alarm.

need to have a car to do anything, could use a good overall cleaning, had to pay for parking, no smoking room was a smoking room not long ago, need really good cleaning

Hotel is much further from amenities than stated. We wanted to go to New York city and any form of transportation took nearly 1 hour. They offer a shuttle but the hours are not convinient and it is expensive. We went to the Meadowlands to see a football game. At the hotel we were told that you can only get there by taxi. The taxi cost us over 55 dollars and took nealy an hour. While we were there we discouvered that you can get to the game by train which would have cost about 5 dollars each. We were very disapointed with the service (or lack there of)provided by staff at the front desk. When we booked we were also told there was a continental breakfast, no breakfast was ever included and we had to pay for a meal in their restaurant that was very understaffed. The fitness room was also out of order. The hotel was clean and room staff were pleasant and efficient but all in all we would not stay there again nor recommend this hotel.
