Affordable Newark Airport hotel near New York City
Holiday Inn Newark Airport is located across from Newark Liberty International Airport and less than 30 minutes from midtown Manhattan. Comfortable guest rooms feature cable television with HBO and pay per-view movies and free Wi-Fi Internet access. Friendly Reception
This was our last leg on a long, chaotic trip. We booked the room, hoping it was near the airport, and it was perfect. The price was good; so I was a little worried, but we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of our room. It was clean and elegantly furnished. I love a good shower, and this was the best of the trip from New Jersey to Rhode Island!

Overnight Stay
What a wonderful and friendly staff. All of the staff especially the maid service, restaurant, and front desk staff was remarkable. I will defintely stay there again when visiting the NY area.

Wonderful staff and beautifully renovated hotel....
We were very pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel is the rooms are all redone and look amazing with flat screen tv's, couches, seating areas. perfect location to the off airport parking lots. staff was so helpful we came in on a red eye at 7 a.m. and they did everything they could to let us check in by 10 a.m. so we can get some much needed rest.

Very clean but loud loud loud!
other than the walls being paper thin so we could even hear when someone was closing their hotel room door or just talking outside of our room, the hotel was very clean and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. If you're just going to use the hotel to sleep and not to sleep in then expect to hear noises early in the morning so no need for an alarm clock! Also, the hotel is on the other side of the freeway from the airport and the address to the hotel does not pull up accurately on the GPS.

Good EWR airport hotel
All the airport hotels have their shuttles pick you up at the same airway train location. This hotel is almost close enough to walk to if needed. It's relatively new, pleasant, clean, all that's really lacking is free breakfast. I was stuck here because of weather delays and they did a fine job of taking care of me. I would recommend.
