Good Stay, very pleased overall
The staff was very friendly, the rooms was comfortable as well. Only complaint would b is the parking the spaces are very tight and hard to get out of u feel boxed in but the hotel itself is very good I would stay there again.

Great, spacious room
We were very happy with the accomodations since the hotel prior to our trip near JFK airport had been very small. It was really nice and the restaurant which they had was very good and convenient. The airport shuttle was also very convenient and efficient for the quick stop we made.

good and convenient
my boyfriend and I spent 2 night in best western.A bit far from rail station we used hotel s shuttle (free or not it depends from your pick up.) Breakfast was delicious (continental).Room well cleaned and with all amenities.

Exactly what it should be
Very comfortable beds. Well appointed. Fine airport shuttle. Decent but not outstanding breakfast. If you need an airport hotel for airport transfer, go here.

excellant for the money
Outside looks bad but room was very clean and large and well decorated considering the price. The hot water was luke warm and the hotel was difficult to get to for someone picking us up.

Awful
Room smelled! Complained three times and still couldn't get housekeeping to check it. Bathroom had hair all over the toilet and tub.

Iron Bound Mark
Very nice room
The door to our original room would not open so the staff changed our room. They did it in an efficient manner. The room was very large and clean, the bed very comfy. My only complaint is the parking situation wasn't sufficent and I had to give my keys to the staff to park my car.

OVER ALL NOT BAD
The parking was tight, but the room was VERY NICE the bed was comfortable and Myself and my husband loved the spacious accomodations... I did not like the $25 early check in fee but we understood why... Over all, Not bad at all.....

If you're looking for a nice airport hotel, this is one to consider. The room was large, easy transportation to and from the airport, a better than average free breakfast. Certainly no complaints here.
