Absolutley the worst!
[...] We had to wait over 2 hours after we returned to the hotel after our trip to get our car. It was parked in by 10 other cars and they use ice buckets as their filing system for the keys. The front desk staff was rude and overall parking was absurd. The location is also very scary. It is at the end of a dark alley. The shuttle bus driver actually asked me to back out my car because he was not comfortable backing out my SUV. This guy drives the shuttle bus!!! Also, they cannot pick you up at the Arrival Terminal. You need to take a train/bus to another remote location. If you have a lot of bags this is a huge hassle. Beware of this hotel!

Best Western Near Newark NJ Airport
This was an average hotel at a great price. Nothing really to complain about except parking was very tight. I would recommend to someone looking to stay in the area without paying an arm and a leg.

Bet Or.... won't publish this. Or.... rate was $139 for a king and 159 for 2 queens. When checking in, a guest without a reservation, needing 2 beds was quoted 109. Let the buyer beware.

I stayed in Best Western as we were taking an early flight. The staff were ok. Location was great as it only took 5 minutes for the complimentary shuttle bus to get us to the airport terminal. The food was also very good. Great value for money overall

the hotel is in bad location nothing to do around it.the hotel offers good transport to newark penn station.train to new york is only $5 each way to 7 avenue.hotel also do transfer to nearby shopping mall for $25 return.free breakfast not good fill up on cereal and coffee.staff very helpful hotel is ok if you are just using for a base for a shopping trip.

OK travel stay
OK spot for a night while traveling thru Newark. Convenient to the airport and rental car agencies. Stayed Jan 2013. Orb_itz - you need to update your website, it is 2013 now.

First impression of the room was good.
Water tank of the toilet wouldn't stop. It was eventually fixed after more than an hour. The breakfast was OK. The free shuttle service was good. The entrance to the hotel has only one lane. One can't go in, if there is another car coming out.
