Good value
The hotel rooms where clean and comfortable.....The hotel lobby and staff where very sterile with little personality and not very inviting....Parking was not included and added $25 to the total tab which was an unpleasant surprise

Free wireless internet, shuttle service, and friendly driver!
I thought I needed to take a cab to my early meeting the next morning but the hotel provided a free shuttle service ROUND TRIP to and from my destination! What a great amenity! Great location where everything is so close. Nice room with a comfortable bed but when it comes to room comfort, bed at Hampton Inn's better, fluffier. Plus, other hotels provide one-time use plastic bag for the ice bucket but this hotel did not. So overall, the relatively high price of the hotel is worth it considering its location and free shuttle service but not just for the room.

Great deal!
Very nice hotel in the heart of Rutgers town! Upon entering, the staff was very helpful and courteous. Check-in was quick, and I was in our room in no time. My girlfriend arrived about an hour after I did, and ended up waiting over 20 minutes for the valet to take her car. I ended up parking in the garage across the street--it was cheaper and wasn't really a big deal. I'd say skip the valet. The room was clean and very modern. Bed was comfortable, and was rather quiet. If you wish to use the pool and/or spa, they're both on the 3rd floor. I didn't use either one so I can't comment. The bar was very nice. Drink prices are about what you'd expect at a upscale hotel. Didn't go to the hotel restaurant. I booked the room for about $100 on a Saturday night. Can't go wrong!

Heldrich Hotel Review
Ok Hotel. Very expensive Valet parking. $24 a night and then $14 every time he brings your car out. Self Service parking garage located at the back of the hotel. Very Very inconvenient.
