Wyndham Philadelphia - Mount Laurel

Needed a bedroom for Christmas visit to family. Cleaniness and comfort were important and this room met this nicely. Nicely set up area. I kept to my room because of going and coming with family but would recommend to anyone and will use again.

Rooms weren't as clean as I expected they should be. Some staff members were great such as Kim the bartender. Front desk staff never spoke unless they were spoken to. Not even a "hello" as u passed through the lobby.

I traveled to Philadelphia on vacation. I picked this hotel because it was a lot cheaper than hotels in Philadelphia and it is only 15 miles away. This hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly. The hotel was very quiet. It has an indoor pool. They have a computer workstation in the lobby you can use. They also have free wi-fi. The only problem I had was when taking a shower. Water leaked around the shower curtain all over the bathroom floor because of how the shower curtain was installed. They gave me a free breakfast, which was a hot breakfast and all you can eat, for the next morning for the inconvenience. I am very glad I chose this hotel.

Me and my boyfriend went to enjoy being in a different state enjoy the pool and whirlpool and the bar and just relax and that was wonderfull also they had not just 1 but 2 computers that we could use for free which was wonderfull the only thing is it would have been nice to be able to use the pool a little bit later than 11:00pm since we are adults but it was a very nice stay overall

Was a good place to sleep yet it could have used a better pool/gym area. I would have liked a day spa or somewhere to get a mani/pedi.

The price was good and the location to Philly and near-by attractions was wonderful. This is a good place to go just to get away. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely return. The only problem, which could have been a major one if the hotel staff were not so nice about addressing the situation; was that I paid for my room online[...]s. I called ahead of time to confirm reservation, which they had on file. However, when I go there and gave them my card to verify they charged me again. Now, when I brought it to their attention they immediately provided me the credit, however in my opinion that is something that should not have happened. Nevertheless, the hotel staff was very apologetic and ensured me the problem would be fixed before I checked out. And it was, but I will say be sure to check this out to ensure the same thing doesn't happen to you.

They gave us 3rd floor, rm 301.Very disappointed. Carpet was dirty.Bathroom wall was peeling.Fixtures were defective.Could not take a shower as the fixture would not budge. Bathroom walls had pubic hair all over.Very disgusting.Just awful,the entire room was worst then any roadside Motel.After our complain ,they moved us to the 8th floor, and this room was 90% better in every aspect. Much cleaner,more modern fixtures & quality carpet and tiles. Would definitely go here again if the room is as the 8th floor room.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable!

Frequent visitor to the area, spent one night here on business. I've stayed at two nearby hotels in the same price range and the Wyndham was by far the worst. The person who checked me in just handed me a key without a word, no 'try our restaurant', nothing. Didn't ask if I needed anything (I did). In my shower was a hairy, used bar of soap and an empty shampoo bottle. The on-site restaurant was both bad and overpriced. The hotel sits alongside the highway and if you're unlucky enough to be on that side, the noise is significant. There is a Westin 2 blocks away that is excellent and the rooms are comparably priced. Go there instead.
