The staff was wonderful! Anything we needed or any questions we had they were right there for us no matter what it was!

I was expecting a pretty basic hotel room. I booked here because it was near where I needed to go and was a decent price. My friend and I walked in and were amazed at how nice the room was. It was very clean and well lit. The bathroom was lovely. For some reason, they put us in a handicap accessible room, so we had a nice walk in shower. There were little spots on the wall where plaster had been repaired but not painted, but that wasn't a huge deal. The beds were VERY comfortable. There was a fridge and microwave in the room. They didn't have vending machines in the hall, but at the front desk, they had fridges with drinks, snacks and microwaveable meals that you could purchase. (This was great for a quick dinner after midnight after a concert!) I was really pleased with this hotel.

In all the years of traverling. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I would rate this as less than acceptable.. When i arrived at the hotel after travelng some 8 hrs, I was informed that there was no room for me. They had overbooked the hotel. When I asked to speak to the GM mgr he was also of no help and only offered to tell me he had booked me in another hotel, An then gave me the wrong directions to the new hotel. To say I am angry is putting it mildly. This probably wil be the last time I will use your services I rate this trip as unsatisfactory..

Great breakfasts, great location, very clean and overall. Great experience.

I came from the poconos & my boyfriend came in from New Orleans and we had a blast. The staff was great , room clean, location great. For the price they charge i have to admit i didnt expect it but i loved it. I didnt get to use the amenities but the room service and contential breakfast was great. We were looking for something close to philly and it was only 20 to 30 mins. And 30 mins to the airport which was ok because my boyfriend had to be back to there before 5:25am. I would def stay here again Thanks Wingate love you guys muah!!!

You have access to free internet, fridge,microwave. Nice gym room,whirlpool,safe in room to lock up valuables. Free parking ,access to printers . Continental breakfast, non smoking facility. I would stay there again.

Very great location, best free breakfast in town. Staff goes beyond therir means to accomodate you. Overall great experience once again!

Very accommodating staff. The breakfast is wonderful, great hot tub, comfy serta bed. Spacious rooms with refrigerator and microwave. I am hearing impaired, got a handicapped room, which is great, cause I had a doorbell Very, very clean and it always smelled great. They really went the extra mile for me, because I am very picky and live in hotels a lot due to travel. Loved it and on my way baCk again from NYC as I type this;)

The room is really set up well for the business traveler - nice desk w/ high-speed WiFi, comfortable lounge chair w/ stool and pedestal lamp with table for reading and watching the flat screen HD TV, and a comfortable king size bed. Small fridge and microwave in the room. Really perfect room. The free breakfast has the usuals, which are always fine. The workout room is small, but serviceable - elliptical, treadmill, bike, one weight machine. One of the nicer places I've stayed on business. Will definitely look for Wingates for future trips.
