Super 8 Mount Laurel

We arrived at 10:00 pm and used the hotel to sleep. We had a seminar in the morning so we left without breakfeast. The ratings above are unfair. I put average because you required me to answer, but we did not see any staff except the young lady who registered us. Sher was very nice. We did not use any of the Amenities because we didn't have time.

Hotel was great. The staff was vert friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. I have trouble with the smell of smoke, even if it is a nonsmoking room. There was no problem in this room.

Check in was fast and pleasant. Room was clean. Request for extra towels was granted right away. Missing coffee pot and cups but, we didn't need them. Positive staff would have given them to us if requested. Room walls are thin, could hear TV and talking in next room. Breakfast was minimal but ok. Fruit, cereal, bagels, bread and mini muffins plus coffee and juice.

Nice area, but the hotel was a bit dumpy. Our first room had a door that did not lock. They gave us another room, but had to give us two double beds, since they said they had no king bed rooms available. Second room was over the laundry room and there was constant droning noise from the machines all night. I went out and slept in my car since I could not sleep. No fitness room or pool.

Used hotel as starting point. Only 20 mins to Philadelphia. Close to Cherry HIll Mall and plenty of good restaurants along the route both from and to the hotel. Went on a weekend sightseeing trip with family to see sights of Philly. Rates here were cheaper than any hotel in Philly. Rooms were clean and quiet. Price was very reasonable compared to philly hotels. Amenities was a little scarce at the hotel but everything I needed or wanted was a short drive away be it a restaurant or sightseeing.

Located right off turnpike Exit 4 behind the Loft Hotel. Staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. No pool or gym. Breakfast of simple carbohydrates and little protein was not great but that's not why you book this place. It' the perfect place to get a good night's sleep and there's a Trader Joe's, Whole Foods oand other dining opportunities further south on Route 73.

Our priorities were a hotel that was convenient to Philadelphia for a good price that was very clean (no residual odors), with WiFi and breakfast. This hotel met all of those needs very well, esp. since we were driving down from Massaschusetts that day, so it was right on the way for us. Accommodations are not luxurious, but we had everything we needed and more than I expected. Very clean.

This is the second time we have stayed at this Super 8. The first time we had several issues. We only stayed here a second time as there were no rooms available at other hotels. The breakfast area floor was dirty and sticky. We asked for a 2:15 am wakeup call and it never came. The alarm in the room did not work and we almost missed our flight.

We arrived about 5:30 PM. The desk clerk was very nice and the place was clean. When we provide the desk clerk with our confirmation number she told us that even though we booked a NON SMOKING ROOM through [...]and was confirmed price and and room, all on-line reservations can get bumped to other types of rooms. She told us that our reservation was bumped to a SMOKING ROOM and there was nothing she could do. Because we booked through [...]she couldn't give us a refund so we could go to another hotel. The room smelled very strongly of tobacco smoke and was there was not way to open a window. I will thing twice before I book with [...]online next time we travel.
