Christmas Visit
Hotel was nice and clean and the stay was good. The hotel staff was quite pleasant and helpful. The only problem we had was that the driving was difficult to do, since you have to go back down the road, make a uturn and then get on the highway again.

Hotel Restaurant did not live up to it's name. Steak was cold and my husband's steak wasn't done.

Friendly and clean
the room was spotless, the staff was friendly and helpful. Our car battery died the day we were leaving and they loaned us a battery pack to jump the car, one of the employees also pulled his own car around just in case, that is going above and beyond!

great hotel
i really liked the fact that they give u a warm chocolate chip cookie when u check in...it was delicious! the hotel was really easy to find.The room was very spacious and the bed was amazingly comfortable! we stayed for 4 days and went swimming everyday and only saw one other person in the pool, same goes for the gym. i would definately reccommend this hotel 2 neone staying in the area it was nice and affordable!

they have a steakhouse downstairs in the lobby. the food was delicious and affordable and we didnt have to travel to get to it.

Very Nice!!!!
The staff was very pleasant, friendly & helpful. My wife has long hair & we needed extra towels. We called the front desk at 11:00 pm & they brought up towels within 3 minutes. Very clean & quiet.Will definately stay again.

Pleasant Experience
I am always a little concerned about hotels on a busy roadway. I was pleased that I did not hear traffic and the room was clean and nicely appointed. Pleanty of free parking and the breakfast buffet the next morning was very good. I was at the restaurant for dinner and thought it was a great deal for a steak house. Also, the warm chocolate chip cookie at check in was a nice touch.

VERY NOISY GUESTS
Requested a non-smoking room yet was given a smoking room. A wedding was booked the night of my stay and an after party was booked on the same floor as my room. VERY NOISY guests constantly walking the corridor outside my room between the hours of 2-4PM.

Good facility needs to be refurbished
Family reunion was attended and various get togethers. information on where to eat would have been helpful. They had maps of negotiating the highways. They had good computer access. The room was clean just the furniture was alittle shabby for a Doubletree. The staff was very helpful and responsive. Traveled to old areas and to New York City one day. Breakfast was not at the hotel. There was a steakhouse attached but privately owned.
