Nice view of Manhattan, But be aware of other costs not mentioned.
There is no free parking. There is only valet parking and it is $32 overnight, and with tips every time you want to use your car, parking can be quite costly. Also the use of internet is $10 per day. The gym is nice but small and the pool is small too (about 20 yards). The location is excellent. The rooms are clean. Spectacular views!. Nice to walk around the hotel and take pictures. Very convinient and close to get to NYC. The staff are nice, and they will try their best to give you good service during your stay. The hotel restaurant is expensive, but has a great view of Manhattan. The hotel is worthwile to visit, just prepare to pay extra $32 per day and tips for valet parking if you are driving to this hotel.

First Time at the Hyatt Regency...
Nice Hotel, Good Location right at the Path train station with good connection to the World Trade Centre and Wall Street....the only qualms have with this/these Hotel is the internet, too expensive! all in all I had a good time.

Opposite Harbour-side financial centre you will find a nice restaurant with variety of food and cheap too compare to the Hotel prices.

Very good value for this location
The hotel is right next to the Path Station which makes it very convenient to get to Manhattan. Rooms are very spacious, which is quite hard to get if we were to stay in a Manhattan hotel. lobby and and public facility seems a little aged, but the room is in good condition. Can't beat the good value at this price!

Hotel Valet parking is $32 dollars. I rent a car from Hertz which is about 5 minutes walk to the hotel, so I was able to park at the Hertz parking lot for free!

Mid Week getaway
Room was just as described and nothing less - great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this hotel when going to NY - short skip to PATH. Just didn't like the parking fee's to stay at the hotel....

Beautiful hotel/views, great location, but not enough amenities for the price.
PATH train station right next to the hotel, World Trade Center is only one train stop away, Statue of Liberty ferry is only a 30 min walk, and it's right on the Hudson River overlooking NYC. Beautiful room, lobby, bar, outdoor patio. Very clean and the front desk called upon my arrival to see if I needed anything. Not enough amenities considering the high price. They charge you for the bottled water they have in your room and internet service. I would not have stayed at this hotel if it weren't for the half off special.

Short drive from hotel
The ferry station to the Statue of Liberty is only about 30-40 min walk. If you don't mind long leisure walk, you reach there by foot but if you drive, it would be a short one. To reach NYC, you can take PATH train right next to the hotel to WTC. From there, you can transfer to NYC subway system to get around the city. It is only a block away from the PATH WTC stop.
