Enjoyed my Stay!
I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton in Hasbrouck Heights New Jersey. The staff were super friendly and very informative for people that booked on a whim to see the New Years Eve ball at Time Square. Thank you front desk staff. Would recommend and stay again.... Ohio

We visited family and our old neighborhood. We went ot eat at our favorite restaurant. I stayed at this hotel about two years ago when I attended a Yankee game. Then came back again to attend a Giants football game

Its just ok
I went with family for long weekend to see NY & NJ.I have a kid of 15 months.There is no Freeze or Oven ,atleast to heat the milk and other necessaries to baby.

Good Location for my business trip
I booked a non smoking room, they put me into a smoking floor,I was too tired the first night to complain, I did on the 2nd day and they apologized and moved me to non smoking with no hassle. parking is a bit of a pain as you have to get a card stamped at the front desk. Did not eat at the lobby bar, but saw a bunch of people there.

"cozy place to stay"
It was a pretty good cozy place to stay. The staff was very friendly, and I would come back. I felt like I was at home, it was a very comfortable place.

Not that nice
The place was managed by non-professional staff. The room was disheveled, had broken light fixtures, paint chipped water marked ceilings, outlets that didn't work. Called for room service Seemed like the place was handed over to staff that didn't care about the customers or the look of the rooms.

Friendly Hotel Stay
The hotel had great service and was very clean and resourceful. Without the shuttle service I don't know how we would have made it around with the snow in New Jersey. We had a wonderful experience even though the location was not as close to Downtown New York or Manhattan as it was advertised. The location is about 20 minutes from New York driving, and 45 minutes from New York on public transportation. Both are very convenient, but paying for anything other than public transportation on the way to New York will cost at least 80 dollars, so plan accordingly if that is the purpose of your stay.
