Ramada Galloway/Atlantic City

The heater in our room was outdated and missing switches it didn't heat. When I called the front desk the clerk told me she would send the maintenance guy up to look at it. This was about 2 in the afternoon. When we returned about 10pm the room was still cold I informed the new clerk and he said that he didn't see any record of the maintenance guy working on it. He immediately offered a new room which was nice and warm. The continental breakfast was only 2 hours 7-9 and lacked variety.

For what it's worth, it's better than Ramada Inn down the road from it. Just a place to rest your head and anothing else.

We stayed there 2 years ago and it was fine. There was garbage overflowing from an outside can when we arrived at 11:00AM. When we came back at 2:30pm to check in it was still there. I told the desk clerk since no one picked it up all that time. The air conditioner would make noise every 20 mins or so. I don't know there is new ownership or management.

We stayed there for 2 days. I personally don't care much for how pretty the place looks bit there are certain things I do notice. For example there was a covered hole on the wall and it was sticking out. They could have atleast do a better job patching it up. I can do a better job at spackling. Anyway, we were greates by a young lady very nice an ver accomidating. The movie service sucked besides over priced if you make a mistake in ordering they will give you a hardrive getting your money back. Blonde lady there whose chubby gave me a hard time and instead of being courteous her approach was more offensive and nasty. Pool has no life guard but I guess because the place is affordable they cannot pay for life guards. Continental breakfast is coffee muffins cereal and waffles. 7-9pm. They also offer rides to casino I think for a cost but not sure. 10 dollar cots but the one we got had spring sticking out. I mean our stay there did the purpose and my children enjoyed the shore. So that's what's important but just because of a rude person I won't stay there again. I want friendly people and if a business like that can't be more welcoming I'm not going there. Although I will not say all them are rude I'm just not going to take my chances speakingto people like that. Beds are comfy though they feel dusty. I did fall asleep so it's ok. I will think about staying here for next year but I really doubt it.

The hotel was dirty, the rooms were musty and had mildew. The ground were unkept and trash was scattered every where.

THE ROOM WAS OK, AFTER TWO DAYS I REALIZED THAT I GOT BIT BY BED BUGS. I GOT OVER TEN BITES AND THEY ARE BIG.

We mostly visited the boardwalk and casinos. It was a short 20 minute drive. The hotel room was nice and the bed comfortable. Only thing I didn't like is that we didn't get fresh towels daily...other than that, it was fine for what we paid. Good value hotel.

I stayed at this motel twice before and it was fine. However, the room that was given to me first this weekend was the pits. There was actually mold on the wall in the sleeping area in more than one place. I couldn't believe it. I demanded a change of rooms but did not feel comfortable staying there after that. How can they maintain and rent a room in that condition? Unbelievable but true.
