Country hospitality 10 miles from the Atlantic City boardwalk
This independently owned deluxe economy hotel chain prides itself on warm, inviting, reasonably priced accommodations. The country atmosphere begins with its unmistakable Cape Cod cottage exterior and caters to traveling families. Clean, simple lodging adds a few notable niceties at this newly constructed property, including wall-mounted flat screen TVs, free breakfast, and a shuttle to and from the Atlantic City International Airport. Casinos and the boardwalk arcade, amusement rides, shops and beach are located 10 miles southeast.

Great For a Getaway
I found my stay here to be, overall, an enjoyable experience. The room was a bit bare and small but for the price it didn't hamper my experience very much. The whole area was clean, the staff was friendly and attentive, and I liked the location (close enough to Atlantic City for fun excursions but far enough away to avoid all the hustle and bustle that comes along with it). My only complaint was with the bed; it was terrible: lumpy and uncomfortable. Other, smaller, beds may be different but the king was terrible. In all though, I would recommend this place to anyone that asked.

Just fine for my overnight stay
Stayed one night to catch an early flight from ACY. Room was clean, staff was friendly, price was great. Motel-type setting, but felt newer than expected (flat screen TV, nice carpet).

Friendly, new, and very clean. Non-smoking room was entirely free of any smoke odor, unlike some nearby motels. Would stay again. Minor cons: No tissues in the tissue holder. Bath towels were rough and nonabsorbent.

Not bad for the price paid
I had zero expectations; if you have any expectation, may be you'll be disappointed. If you are fine with not-so-expensive motel with no flashy amenities, and willing to drive like 10 min to "go down the shore", this is the place for you.

Poor Management
Please do not stay here. The management was never on property and when issues arrived, no one was ever able to resolve. My experience was that the manager was dishonest and rude. Save your money, it's not worth the headache. Go next door to the Ramada and pay about the same amount of money and the staff is honest and friendly.

Weekend Getaway
Overall hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Good location, just off the GSP Exit 40. The room was smaller than other rooms I've stayed in. Restaurants like Denny's and Golden Corral are nearby. Shopping and Atlantic City are about 15 minutes away.

Comfortable and cheap
For the price this place can't be beat. Only suggestion is two ply toliet paper and newer towels.
