Hilton Newark Airport

Very clean, staff was very nice. Although I would not count on on a wake up call. Glad that I set me clock on my cell phone. Becaue I never recived the wake up call!

Clean and comfortable, the hotel is good for those looking to sleep at the airport, but I had to wait 40 minutes after taking the airtrain for the hotel shuttle to pick me up from the airport. In that time I saw many Marriott shuttles pass by, so the Marriott might be quicker to get to.

Took some friends to the city to go wedding dress shopping. We planned on using public transit for the trip. That being said we were at the mercy of the hotel shuttle to get us to and from the airport and train. The hotel says it runs ever 20 minutes 24 hours a day. Well, that being said we waited an average of 30 minutes for the shuttle. We got to watch the Sheraton bus come every 5-10 minutes while we waited in the cold. Once we got to the hotel we had them hold our luggage until check in time which we set at 2am. We then had to wait again for shuttle. After completing our journey into the city we made it back to the airport around 1:45am where the hotel shuttles come, 35 minutes later and a very upset phone call to the hotel asking where the bus was & being told the driver wasn't answering his phone.... our shuttle came. Once we got checked in everything was perfect! The room was lovely and clean the bathroom was beautiful! We got up the next morning and got to checkout the pool and the hot tub which looked like fun. We ate breakfast at the restaurant which was amazing and the breakfast was cooked perfectly! Checking out was wonderful and we headed back on the shuttle. When we checked out we found out there are actually 4 shuttles, 2 of which were parked, so we got to sit on laps on the way to the airport.

the service to the airport and back was very efficient saving time and trouble for me. the staff was also very professional. i would stay there again without hesitation

it is a good place to stay, nice location, clean room and everything looks good. But there is no free car parking, you have to pay $15 to park the car if you stay in hotel. I don't like that

great location near nyc. had agreat dinner at the rest. pasta seafood dish was great, hot tub ,very , nice we'll be back

It was unpleasant memories for 3days. The worker at the hotel was rude.

This hotel should not be called a hilton. The carpets looked like they were 10 years old, the quality of the beds was poor. The bathtub drained was clogged so I had to shower in my own filth. The only redeeming quality was the view of the airport...my kids enjoyed watching the airplanes.

We live in South Jersey, and picked this Hotel for a night out in the city. Great Hotel, very clean, and staff was great. Hotel bar is also nice. I didn't like the fact that you have to pay extra for parking.

We only sayed at the hotel 1 night. Hotel was clean, friendly staff,meals available at the hotel,free shuttle available to and from the airport. Price was resonable. One negative point "NO HOT WATER AVILABLE IN THE MORNING" it appears this is a reqular occurance,hotel runs out of hot water ????
